He worked for 10 seasons (1995- 2005) as the assistant coach for the Seton Hall University Men's Soccer Team under Head Coach Manny Schellscheidt who is acknowledged as one of the top soccer coaches in North America.
Dave has revolutionized the coaching profession by creating the Coach-Two-Win method that dramatically reduces the time required to become a masterful coach and Pattern Language Coaching – a masters tool kit for the craft of coaching.

Dave Can Provide Expertise in the Following Areas:
- Bringing a Coaching Culture into organizations
- The theories of the coaching profession
- The history of the coaching profession
- Social capital, living networks, virtual communities.
- The role of coaching in free agent America. Why every free agent should have a coach fast. All business problems are really personal problems.
- How to run a virtual company that is successful, profitable, and does not have a physical location. Coachville presently has over 25,000 Active members/customers, most whom have never met each other before. This is a very profitable business model that does not need a physical location to make money.
- How to use teleconferencing and the teleclass (tele-coaching) methodology to create a learning community for employees and customers. You also can use this model to build your business, increase customer satisfaction, and serve your network. This is a very profitable business model that allows companies and business owners to reach a large audience for a low cost.
- How to take over and run a company that was built by someone else who was loved by thousands of people. Dave took over CoachVille in 2003, and previously the company was run by a Thomas Leonard who created the coaching profession. Dave can discuss the challenges with being called to be a leader for a large organization when you are used to running a smaller one, how to step into this role and not take away from what the previous president had accomplished, how to not be afraid to bring yourself and your ideas to the table, and how to create a vision of your own that your customers will buy into. Thomas was the classic charismatic leader and typically companies run by charismatic leaders don't survive that loss.
- Personal Brand Strategy - how to increase revenue, credibility, and visibility by being you. This includes being irresistibly attractive, marketing your talents fearlessly & easily, and being personally evolved as a leader.
- The role of coaching in the future. What is this thing called coaching and why is everyone talking about it? Dave can discuss trends in the coaching industry and where the profession as a whole is going.
